What is it?
Nutribuild is our anti diet food coaching program. Over the past 50 years, diets have been on the rise. Today more Americans are on diets than ever before.
But there is a huge problem with diets: they are a band-aid approach to losing weight. Once the band-aid is ripped off, you go back to your old ways, put the weight back on, and have wasted time, effort and money.
Dieting is an archaic and outdated concept.
There is a new method to losing weight. It is based on attitude, behavior, and four fundamental concepts. These concepts are:
Eating should not be based upon a list of do’s and don’ts, but should be flexible day to day. Life is dynamic and our eating should be flexible to meet its ever changing demands.
Eating should be enjoyable. Eating the same foods everyday gets boring and mundane. Varying your food therefore is not a luxury, but a necessity.
Eating based on the latest fad is only a temporary solution. Instead, you must take the time to learn to eat in a way you can sustain for the next 30 years, not 30 days.
Eating the foods you like should not be considered indulging, it should be the standard. If you enjoy ice cream and cookies, you should be able to eat it without guilt when you want to.
1 - Consistency Card
You will have a daily check-in card. Each day, you will log-in, answer a simple “yes” or “no” to a goal a coach has set for you. We will encourage you to take notes to discuss with your coach. Your coach will review your card each Monday and Thursday. Consistency cards will vary for each client but will look similar to this:
2 - Measurement Card
Each month, you will be asked to complete a set of measurements and a set of pictures. We will keep track of your progress and you will sometimes be asked to complete measurements in smaller increments. Measurement cards will look like this:
3 - Challenge Card (For Gold Members Only)
Exclusive to Nutribuild only is Weekly emotional eating challenges. In these challenges we will address issues like binge eating, stress eating, snack food, eating at restaurants, and alcohol. Challenge cards will be different for each person, but will look something similiar to this:
