When & How to Use It

Strengthlete Complete can be used as a light meal during one of the following times.

  1. Immediately after waking up (if it will be more than 1 hour before breakfast)
  2. Mid-day between lunch and dinner
  3. 30 minutes before going to sleep

What can you mix it with?

  • Water
  • Coconut water
  • Coconut milk
  • Rice milk
  • Almond milk
  • Cow’s milk
  • Orange Juice

Directions:

Take one (1) scoop daily to supplement the diet with additional protein mixed with 6-8 ounces of water or other preferred beverage. For best results, mix with a beverage high in carbohydrates and after training. Do not use this product as a meal replacement without the supervision of a health care professional.
