I used to have a cheat day that was nearly 5,000 - 10,000 calories. Jason's cheat meals were soo "epic" he would have to lay down between meals. Cheat meals ended up consuming my entire day because I needed to balance the monday-friday "strict and clean" eating regime. That's balance right?
But does this sound heathy or even logical?
